The Southern Center is a collaborative of 10 county offices of education in the southern region: Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Ventura. County offices will work collaboratively in order to deliver high quality support to districts with QEIA schools.
